Zach is a Managing Member of Paradigm Forensics, LLC.  Zach has extensive business valuation, forensic accounting and commercial damages experience for a wide variety of assignments.  His business valuation experience includes providing valuation services for estate and gift tax planning, mergers and acquisition, intellectual property, and shareholder disputes.  His forensic accounting and commercial damage experience includes fraud investigations, estate and probate litigation, business economic damages, individual economic damages, as well as intellectual property damages.  Zach has provided expert witness and expert consulting services to attorneys and their clients in federal court, state court, and arbitration.

Zach is actively engaged in the forensic and valuation services industry. He currently sits on boards of various professional organizations including the CFA Society Baltimore and the forensic and valuation services section of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (“MACPA”).  Zach frequently speaks at various conferences and events hosted by local accounting, business valuation and financial organizations as well as the local county, city and state bar associations in Maryland and Washington, DC.
