Sam is a Member at Paradigm Forensics, LLC.  She has extensive knowledge and consulting experience in litigation matters involving shareholder disputes, forensic accounting, economic damages, business valuations, and expert witness services.  Much of her time is spent in a divorce setting where she performs income analyses, asset tracing and business valuations.  In a non-litigation context, she offers business valuation services to owners of closely-held businesses for use in gifting, mergers and acquisitions and estate planning.  Sam is the MD/DC State Chapter President of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), the Chair of the NACVA’s Valuation Credentialing Board, and the Chair of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants Forensics and Litigation Services Committee.
